Description: We intend to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, a center platform for an existing Kineto Tracking Mount (KTM) to L-3 Communications/Brashear, 615 Epsilon Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238. This platform will be linked to the existing system already in place as part of the overall improvement for White Sands Missile Range, and is the only platform compatible with the system already in place. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation is forthcoming. Response must be submitt ed electronically to James Tellez at james.d.tellez@wsmr.army.mil no later then 12:00pm MST March 12, 2007. See note 22.
