Project MOIR Chip Seal No. 2: Scrub seal, hot asphalt-rubber chip seal coat, final fog seal and pavement markings on 1.018 miles of Route 101 in Mohave County, Arizona and 0.720 miles of Route 201 in San Bernardino County, California, pavement markings on 3.020 miles of Routes 2 and 3 in Mohave County, Arizona. ISSUE DATE A/O 27 March 2007, TUESDAY. BID OPENING DATE A/O 25 April 2007. ONLY WRITTEN OR FAX REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FAX NUMBER IS (602) 379-6763. ESTIMATED RANGE OF PROJECT: $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR 51% INDAIN OWNED AND CONTROLLED FIRMS UNDER THE "BUY INDAIN ACT." 25 U. S. C. 47, Section 7(b) of P.L. 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450e) requires that prefence in award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaska Native economic enterprises. Indian firms bidding under this Act must self-certify they are eligible under the "Buy Indian Act".
