Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The solicitation is for stand examination data collection activities on Black Hills National Forest Land, Northern Hills Ranger District. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment,transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct stand examinations in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. Project duration is 150 calendar days SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: The solicitation, AG-82X9-S-07-0052, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request For Proposal (RFP), resulting in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 115310. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about March 23, 2007 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A Pre-Proposal meeting and visit date will be included in the solicitation. All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. Registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. A handbook and other information is available at the site, including information on how to obtain a DUNS number, which is required to begin the registration process.
