Description

The U.S. Fish and Willdlife Service invites quotes for Water Well Maintenance at the Allegheny National Fish Hatchery located in Warren, PA. The work under this project consists of chemical treatment and physical agitation as necessary to redevelop two water supply wells. The work also includes inspecting and servicing the existing 100 horsepower submersible pumps and motors in both wells. After service, one set of pump and motor shall be reinstalled. One set shall be provided to the hatchery for use as a spare, and a new 100 horsepower submersible pump and motor will need to be provided and installed in the second well. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $30,000. and $60,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237110 (SIC code is 1781). The size standard is $31 million. This procurement is set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Issue date will be o/a March 22, 2007.
