- COMMERCIAL COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Eagle Lake Ranger District, Lassen National Forest Fencing Material 2007 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/requisition number 96585 and issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. This is a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 423390 and small business size standard of 100 employess. The following is a list of this solicitation?s contract line items, quantities and units of measure. Please provide pricing information in the table below. The supplies include: 1. Class III Barbed Wire, 12.5 gauge 2 point, certified 4 inch spacing, 8 oz. zinc coating/foot. 2. Class III Barbless Wire, 12.5 gauge 2 point, 8 oz. zinc coating/foot. 3. 133 5? 5? T-posts. 4. Fence Staples, 1.5 inch galvanized. The date for delivery is 4/27/2007 by 4:30 pm local time. The place of performance or delivery and acceptance is USDA Forest Service Warehouse, located at 5th Street and Oak in Susanville, CA. Shipping terms are FOB Destination. The provision ?52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial?, applies to this acquisition and the following are provided as an addenda to this provision.
