Description: The Central Oregon Acquisition Area anticipates issuing a RFP for culvert replacements. The work will include the replacement of three existing culverts (1 on the Ochoco & 2 on the Deschutes) with open bottom multi-plate culverts. Additional work will include is the placement of riprap and crushed aggregate and the removal of the existing culverts. A RFP will be posted on or around 3/26 with offers due 30 days later. Work is expected to commence no later then July 1 and completed by September 30, 2007. Instream work periods will be identified in the RFP. This project will be set-aside 100% for Hubzone Small Business Contractors
