- . This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code is 334516, Size Standard not to exceed 500. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition number F2KBAD7047A003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15 effective 12 Feb 07. The Government intends to award the following (CLIN 0001) for Optical Lens Duct for 150 mm long duct (See attachment for description). QUANTITY: 2 UNIT OF MEASURE: Each (CLIN 0002) Optical Lens Duct for 220 mm long duct (See attachment for description). QUANTITY: 2 UNIT OF MEASURE: Each DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 60 day ADC FOB: DESTINATION. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 1 April, 2007 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price.
