PRON: AX7F6174AX, NSN: 3040-01-352-1531, PN: 7-311411155-11, Quantity: 220 each, /Max: 620 each - 3 year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe with deliv eries to New Cumberland, PA. 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to SPX Corp, Cage Code 82001, Western Methods Machinery Corporation, Cage Code 5H108 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, Cage Code 8V613, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from th e approved source(s). Production lead time with First Article Testing is 50 each, 108 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 50 each month thereafter until contract completion. Production lead time without First Article Testing is 50 each, 72 DACA and 50 each month thereafter until contract completion. Production lead time with Article II Clause is 50 each, 90 DACA and 50 each month thereafter until contract completion. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The c losing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation m ust be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12147 0.
