Description

AMENDMENT TO RFQ DTFH61-07-Q-00037 FOR EDITORIAL CORRECTIONS 1. On page 2, above the Pricing Information ADD: This is a 1-year contract with 4 option years for a possible total contract period of performance of 5 years. The prices per hour for each year are: 2. On page 2, within the Pricing Information table DELETE Item IV and REDESIGNATE Item V as Item IV. 3. On page 3, paragraph 2, DELETE the second, third and forth paragraphs [beginning with ?In the event services? and ending with ?120 minutes into the activity.? 4. On page 5, under II.3, DELETE the third, forth and fifth paragraphs and SUBSTITUTE the following replacement paragraphs therefor: If the interpreter shows up more than 15 minutes late to the on-site duty station, the pay may be decreased by one hour. When this occurs, the COTR will review the circumstances related to the late arrival to the on-site duty station, and determine whether the lateness was the responsibility of the individual interpreter or circumstances beyond the individual interpreter's control. Lateness to the on-site duty station due to circumstances beyond the individual interpreter's control will be excused. Lateness due to any other reason, including those attributable to the interpreters or any other contractor staff members, contractors, or subcontractors will not be excused.
