Description

Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Johnson & Johnson Medical, CA for the following: Line Item 1: On site repair of Sterilizing unit, Vapor Mod, Stock# 6500NONEQUIP, Index# 355651, Model# Sterrad 100S, Serial# 962034, Manufacturer: Johnson & Johnson Medical. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Also all responsible sources must be certified and trained by the manufacturer in order to work on the equipment. North American Industrial Classification Standard, 339111, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors are asked to submit their TAX ID number with their proposal.
