Description
This is not a request for proposals. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking potential sources for providing spare HAS-751 Indicated Airspeed Transducers, part number 1221M1, manufacturer cage code (59885), or part number 05391, manufacturer cage code (98659) or suitable form, fit and function equivalent for use on Coast Guard HH65 helicopters. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. The HAS-751 measures the pressure difference between the pressure and static ports and produces an output voltage of 25mVdc/knot of differential pressure observed, with an accuracy of 10%. Range: 30-200 knots. The HAS-751 is housed in an aluminum case with the following approximate dimensions: 2.63?width by 4.25?length by 1.75?height. There are four mounting holes of approximately .25? each located on the bottom of the unit outboard of the main case. Weight is approximately 1.1 lb. Input voltage: +12.5Vdc +/-10% & -12Vdc +/-10%. Electrical connection is made through a Cannon type DE9P connector located on the top of the unit. Static and pressure ports are located on the top of the unit and are located on the opposite end of the electrical connector. Static and pressure connections are made via two MS33649-04 type pressure ports. Unit must meet environmental spec RCTA DO-106 with the following exceptions: Temperature Category B1, Low Temp: -40C (lowered from -15C), High Temp: Operating +55 C, 30 min +71C, Storage -55C to +85C. Humidity: Category A, 48 hour exposure, 95% humidity, temp cycled from +38C to 50C. Shock: No category, Operational: 6g, 11ns, 18 shocks, Crash safety: 15g, 11ms, 6 shocks.
