- Description
- The United States Army Communications Electronics and Life Cycle Management Command (CE LCMC) intends to award a contract on a non-competitive basis under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source to Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems Corp. Intelligence Systems Division/ESL, 5441 Luce Ave, McClellan, CA 95652-2417. The intended resulting contract will be a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year option period which Delivery/Task Orders will be issued on Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Time and Materials basis for Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS) upgrades, spare parts, engineering system integration, configuration management, training and logisti cs services. The Government does not own the detailed data that would enable the Government to compete this effort. The approximate basic ordering ceiling is estimated at $267,000,000; the estimated option ceiling is $195,000,000. The approximate total val ue of this contract is approximately $462,000,000. Solicitation number W15P7T-07-R-W201 has been assigned to track this effort. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only, and is not to be considered a Request for Proposal. See Note 22.
