Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source (Note 22) contract to Alcon Refractive Horizones, Inc., for a Ladar Vision License Fee. This not ice is for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20307.
