- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 5,670 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 4,931 to 5,177 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE AND 8 COVERED PARKING SPACES WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be located in Class A space within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space shall be ready for occupancy no later than April, 2008. . LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years with cancellation rights after five (5) years. DELINEATED AREA: Within the area of Wilmington, DE further defined as being bound by the following: North - 14th Street East - N. Walnut Street South - 8th Street West - N. West Street EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MARCH 26th, 2007 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Legal description 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
