- Description
- This proposal is for the addition of NSNs to the Corporate Contract between DLA and Oshkosh Truck Corporation SP075002D9720. The contract is a long-term contract, currently in its 5th option year with 2 full option years remaining. The NSNs are intended to be added under the same terms and conditions as the original solicitation. FSCs to be covered under this project include: 2010, 2510, 2520, 2530, 2540, 2590, 2805, 2815, 2835, 2910, 2920, 2930, 2940, 2950, 2990, 3020, 3030, 3040, 3110, 3120, 3405, 3695, 3940, 3950, 3990, 4010, 4020, 4030, 4120, 4130, 4140, 4210, 4220, 4240, 4310, 4320, 4520, 4710, 4720, 4730, 4810, 4820, 4910, 4930, 5305, 5306, 5307, 5310, 5315, 5320, 5325, 5330, 5331, 5340, 5342, 5355, 5360, 5365, 5820, 5830, 5905, 5920, 5925, 5930, 5935, 5940, 5945, 5961, 5965, 5975, 5977, 5995, 5999, 6105, 6110, 6115, 6130, 6135, 6145, 6150, 6210, 6220, 6230, 6240, 6350, 6620, 6625, 6645, 6665, 6680, 6685, 6695, 9340. Items will be procured as “All or None” per NSN. There is a potential to add other center items at a later date. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOps on its issue date of 3 Nov 2005. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not posses complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Oshkosh Truck. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation.
