- Request for Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1680-01-223-8123, 0014504410, Control Box, Bleed. In accordance with Meggitt Safety Systems, Inc., Cage: 25693, P/N 5944-02. No other sources are listed in the AID. Requirement is a Firm Fixed Buy with no option. The solicitation issue date is April 10, 2007 and the solicitation closing date is May 10, 2007. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Pricing will be based on a firm fixed quantity buy of 12 each. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
