- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center - Keyport, 610 Dowell Street, Keyport, WA is soliciting for: Noise Canceling Headsets, Name brand or Equal for Bose Aviation Headsets X, Replacement ear cushions for Bose Aviation Headset X and Replacement Headband Cushions for Bose Aviation Headset X. This procurement will be solicited and awarded as a firm fixed price supply type contract. The estimated quantity requirements are as follows: Ten (10) each Headsets; Four (4) each Replacement Ear Cushions; and Four (4) Replacement Headband Cushions. Delivery is required Ten (10) Days after award of contract. FOB, Inspection and Acceptance at: Destination. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on 19 March 2007. The closing date of the solicitation will be 22 March 2007, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured under FAR Par t 12, commercial procurements. When issued, the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to kosteleckydl@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Any questions, or requests for references or specifications, should be submitted via e-mail to kosteleckydl@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer n onresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
