Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The purchase request number is F2VTCD7052A100, and is a brand name or equivalent requirement. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334417, Electronic connector manufacturing, the size standard of which is 500 employees (Not to exceed). For the purpose of bidding on Federal contracts that are set aside for small business, the concern must self-certify to be a small business under the appropriate size standard set forth in this synopsitation. The size of the concern at the time of self-certification prevails for that contract. A concern may grow above the size standard before or after award without loss of eligibility to perform on that contract. DESCRIPTION: Power Generator Support Equipment. REQUIREMENTS: We require 100 amp power components that will be used to supply power for mobile communications packages which provide various communications services to local units and higher headquarters. All components must be compatible with MILSPEC: MIL-C-22992 and must be capable of handling 100 amps. We require components that can be customized specifically to connect to our power distribution system without any modification to ensure that our lines of communications do not fail. We require 10 ea- 25 foot and 10 ea-50 foot cables assembled with a male connector on one end and a female connector on the other end, 20 ea- male and female box adaptors with a three foot pigtail on each phase, and 10 ea male and female cable end connectors. Purchasing these items assembled alleviates us from purchasing tools/equipment needed to assemble these cables ourselves and allows us to ship them to our forward operating locations that are currently without these necessary components. Description TRITAC 100 amp cable end connector (female)- 10 ea TRITAC 100 amp cable end connector (male)- 10 ea TRITAC 100 amp box adaptor (3 ft. pigtail) male- 20 ea TRITAC 100 amp box adaptor (3 ft. pigtail) female- 20 ea TRITAC 100 amp 25 ft. cable (with male and female end connectors)- 10 ea TRITAC 100 amp 50 ft. cable (with male and female end connectors)- 10 ea.
