- RELEASE OF QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS -- #3. This notification announces the release and availability of the third set of answers to questions received in response to solicitation STLI001-07, the Prospectus for ferry services at Statue of Liberty National Monument and Ellis Island. As stated in section 5 of the Prospectus Proposal Instructions, "the Service will respond to your question in writing and will provide the question and response to all potential Offerors who have requested a Prospectus." This third written response to questions is or will be available soon on the National Park Service Concessions website, http://concessions.nps.gov/Prospectus.cfm. All future responses to questions and other additional information related to the Prospectus will also be posted at this website. Please note that references to the Existing Contract, Sec. 12, in Question Nos. 85 and 94 of Answer Set #2 should refer to the Existing Contract (as amended), Sec. 13. A total of three documents are posted as a result of this release.
