Description

U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates contract with Robertson Aviation, 800 West Carver Road, Suite 101, Tempe, AZ 85284, with a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity for 185 Gallon P/N HMN020-514-71 and 200 Gallon, P/N HM026-001-100 Fuel Tank B-Kits used on the MH-60M aircraft. The estimated minimum quantity is 2 for the 185 Gallon Fuel Tank B-Kits and 2 for the 200 Gallon Fuel Tank B-Kits. The estimated maximum quantity is 26 for 185 Gallon Fuel Tank B-Kits and 20 for the 200 Gallon Fuel Tank B-Kits. The proposed action is for commodity for with the Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.301-1. Firms that feel they can provide this product are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal, however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date (in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)). A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The estimated release date of the solicitation is 3 April 2007.
