- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.603 and supplemented with information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested. This requirement, number FA8751-07-Q-0206, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15 and Defense DCN 20070212.
