- <strong>This modification to the synopsis changes the release date of the RFP to March 26, 2007 and the proposal due date to April 30, 2007.</strong> Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies to remove, clean, raise, realign and reset designated flat markers and upright headstones and renovate designated sections of turf at the Port Hudson National Cemetery, Zachary, LA 70791. This is a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS code is 561730 Landscaping Services. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS is average annual receipts not greater than $6.5 million. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps.gov under number VA-786-07-RP-0058. A copy of the solicitation (Microsoft Word Document) may be obtained electronically from www.FedBizOpps.gov and will be available for download on or about March 26, 2007. Paper copies of the solicitation will be available on or about March 26, 2007 via the ordinary mail.
