- Pine Bluff Arsenal-PBA has a requirement for student assistance with installation of new computer hardware and software as well as assisting customers with problem resolution. PBA has over 500 installed personal computers-PCs, including Pentium comp uters using Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP operating system software. Several software applications are used with the most common being Microsoft Office and FTPs OnNet for networking. The applications require constant upgrades and this support would allow installation to be performed at a faster pace. Required hours shall be 20-32 hours per week per student, except during Summer months, required hours shall not exceed 40 hours per week per student. Hourly rate is to include Medicare, FICA and Administrati ve Cost. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Historically Black Colleges, Universities and Minority Institutions.
