Description: Contractor shall provide, install and test a visual work instruction package which will allow the Government to easily create visual documents to supplement Standard Operating Procedures(SOP's). The package shall include the capability of tracking S OP's cradle to grave including auto routing, approval, change management, version control, and electronic signatures. Software shall run in Windows active domain environment. The contractor shall provide maintenance for one (1) year. RFQ W911RP-07-T-006 0 will issue on or about 10 Apr 2007 with a closing date on or about 10 May 07. Interested offerors shall email request to pam.burton@us.army.mil.
