Description

The Army Contracting Agency at White Sands Missile Range intends to award a sole source contract to System Planning Corporation, 1000 Wilson BLVD STE 3000, Arlington VA 22209-3911 for the purchase of two 2nd generation Exciter Units to augment 1st ge neration Exciter units which are reaching their operation life cycle. These items are being purchased on a sole source basis based on proprietary items which SPC owns the rights to, and based on the need of compatibility and interoperability with existing systems currently being utilized. The required delivery date is 60 days ARO. This is not a request for proposals. Comments must be submitted by 4:00PM MST 30 March 2007 to Jon Holmberg via email jon.holmberg@wsmr.army.mil. See Note 22.
