Description: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to issue a sole source modification award to Transcontinental Enterprises, Inc. for a one to two month extension to the current contract for operation of the EPA warehouse and to perform labor services at EPA HQ facilities. The solicitation for a new contract was posted, with proposals due/received by 3/1/07. Proposals are now being evaluated for award of the new contract. The current contract ends 3/31/07. Since work must continue, a sole source modification is being issued at current contract prices. The estimated price for this sole source extension is $210,000.00 for April and if needed, $210,000.00 for May.
