- The Missile Defense Agency?s Targets and Countermeasures Low Cost Assessment Targets (LCAT) program Pre-Solicitation Industry Conference scheduled for Wednesday, April 4, 2007 has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 19, 2007. Place, time and registration instructions remain unchanged but those details are repeated below for your convenience. See the original announcement for complete details. The Conference will take place at the Four Points by Sheraton, Huntsville Airport, 1000 Glenn Hearn Boulevard, Huntsville, Alabama 35824, phone 256-772-9661. The Conference will be from 9 AM to 11 AM with sign-in starting at 8:30 AM. There will be a site visit to the Redstone Technical Test Center (RTTC) facilities from 12 noon to 3 PM beginning after a lunch break scheduled from 11AM to 12 noon. Transportation will be provided from the Sheraton to the facilities on Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. Registration instructions remain the same; however the cut off for registration is changed to April 11, 2007. If you are currently registered and plan to attend on the 19th, do nothing; you will remain registered. If you are currently registered but can not attend, email Ms. Dunn so your seats can be reallocated. Registration is limited to no more than two (2) representatives per company and there is a limit of 75 attendees for this conference. Provide the following information via e-mail to Sylvia.Dunn.ctr@mda.mil not later than April 11, 2007: (1) name, title/position, email address, company name, size and/or type business, and phone number of each person who plans to attend the conference and (2) if you plan on attending the site visit. This conference and resulting acquisition are not open to participation by foreign firms at either the prime or subcontract level. Note that the Government is not liable for any expenses incurred by an attendee or eventual offeror in order to attend this conference.
