- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Scott AFB, IL is purchasing Audio/Video equipment for the White House Communications Agency (WHCA). See the attached list of equipment. Or, you may request a copy of the equipment list from Lisa O?Donnell at lisa.odonnell@disa.mil. This is a ?Brand Name or Equal? procurement. Any equivalent items proposed must be annotated clearly and include sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if it meets its minimum requirements. All items must be delivered no later than 1 May 2007. Any items which will not meet that delivery date must be annotated with the anticipated delivery date. The Government intends to issue a credit card order(s) in response to this notice. No separate solicitation will be issued. The resultant order(s) shall be firm fixed price. Partial quotes will be accepted. Split awards will be made if in the best interest of the Government. Quotes are due no later than 10 am, Central Time, on 4 Apr 07. The estimated date of award is 4 Apr 07. Responses can be sent via email to lisa.odonnell@disa.mil.
