The goals for this event are to: (1) build relationships with HBCUs, MIs, 8(a)?s, HUBZones, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses in order to pursue partnerships in Government subcontracting; (2) provide technical knowledge in Government subcontracting and cost analysis training; and (3) provide information on contract opportunities. This one-day event will consist of presentations by key speakers within the acquisition community who will provide examples of requirements/announcements, methods on how to respond to announcements, and resources on where related information can be found. Participants will also be given the opportunity to have one-on-one discussions with NCI program staff and representatives from companies that currently hold large contracts with the NCI. This provides a real opportunity to obtain advice on Federal subcontracting opportunities. Two representatives from your organization are invited to attend. Limited seating is available. You will be responsible for covering the cost of your travel to this event. If you would like to attend this event, please submit your name and full contact information via e-mail to Ms. Michelle Murray at michellem@novaresearch.com.
