- RFQ for one (1) each of the following items: ? METS ? S - 10 Reflective Collimator, 10? CA, 70? EFL 1.6 Degree FOV with Motorized 12 position target wheel ? SR-20-33, 1.0? Aperture, High Temperature Cavity Blackbody Source, Range: 50? C to 1200? C ? Manual Aperture Wheel for SR20 Blackbody, 8 positions ? Standard Pinhole Target ? UUT Holding Fixture ? Filter Holder capable of holding a filter 1.5? wide, 3.5? high, and 0.5? thick ? Catalog or specification sheet for each of the above items, including care and maintenance, and warranty. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items). IAW clause 52.212-2 the evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors, Conformance to Performance specifications, and Past Performance. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-15, Effective 28 Sept 2006. NAICS Code 333314. FOB Robins AFB, Georgia, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contract Registration 52.233-3. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-7549 and the anticipated response date will be 13 April 2007 and the anticipated award date will be 18 April 2007.
