- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center - Keyport, 610 Dowell Street, Keyport, WA is soliciting for: 100 each ? Printed Wiring Board (P/N 3081399-1). The solicitation number for this requirement is N00253-07-T-0143. This synopsis incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. It is NUWC Keyport?s intent to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis to Dynaco Corp, Tempe, AZ in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information r eceived will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This procurement will be solicited and awarded as a firm fixed price, commercial, supply type contract. Delivery is required approximately 30 Days after contract award. FOB, Inspection and Acceptance at: Destination. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 334412 with a size standard of 500 employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on 2 April 2007. The closing date of the solicitation will be 10 April 2007, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition for Commercial Items. When issued, the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendment s to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will b e accepted. An email request to diane.kostelecky@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Any questions, or requests for references or specifications, should be submitted via e-mail to diane.kostelecky@navy.mil. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
