TOTAL PR QUANTITY IS FOR 26 EACH WITH AN OPTION QUANTITY OF 13 EACH. MATERILA WILL BE SHIPPED TO TRACY, CA. PLEASE SEE NOTE 26. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE ISSUE DATE OF 4/23/07 AT HTTPS://WWW.DIBBS.BSM.DLA.MIL/. WHILE PRICE MAYBE A SIGNIFICANT FACTOR IN THE EVALUATION OF OFFERS, THE FINAL AWARD DECISION WILL BE BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF PRICE, DELIVERY, PAST PERFORMANCE AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS AS DESCRIBED IN THE SOLICITATION. DELIVERY REQUESTED IS 365 DAYS. FOB ORIGIN PRICING AND FOB ORIGIN INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE WILL BE REQUIRED. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT AN OFFER/QUOTE WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 26 The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 04/23/07. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: WHITTAKER CONTROLS INC (79318). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
