- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide Gastrol Intestinal Supplies for the VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI. On an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity consignment contract. The performance period will be of one year from the date of award (with four one-year options exercised at the government's discretion) in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. This is a brand name or equal solicitation for Gastrol Intestinal Supplies. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339112 is 500 employees.
