- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and is 100% set-aside for small business. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is F2VVPA7073A100. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida, requires the following brand name only items: (1 Year + 4 additional years) Media Monitoring Suite is a real-time, web-based subscription service that tracks, transcribes and alerts users to selected radio and television broadcasts on the issues and topics critical to their success. A fully-automated, broadcast media monitoring service that provides an effective, time-efficient and economical way to find what is being said about any issue, any subject or any person in the news today. Shipping to MacDill AFB, FL 33621. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15, effective 12 Feb 2007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 519110. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7383 with a small business size of $6.5 Million. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. DESCRIPTION: Being able to sort through and track key issues, individuals, and trends throughout broadcast coverage are critical success factors in nearly every industry. With hundreds of broadcast media outlets reporting thousands of stories, receiving significant information on what the media is reporting in real-time is critical to reacting to and managing the news. The ability to react both strategically and tactically to broadcast news coverage during the same news cycle is the key to success in reacting to a negative story or taking advantage of a positive one.
