- This announcement is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) will hold an industry debriefing on 16 May 2007 0900-1130 EST at a TBD location in Norfolk VA. Purpose of the brief will be to advise Navy findings and actions subsequent to MSMO Summit II, which had representative industry participation. Objective of this brief is to expand industry participation for this discussion and debrief to all current and potential MSMO prime contractors. Focus will be on current MSMO strategies, structures, incentives, performance trends and improvement plans, and be targeted on prime contractor issues (sub-contractor and low-tiered vendor issues will be the focus of a future debriefing). U.S. Fleet Forces Command requests that firms interested in attending the briefing submit notification via e-mail to CDR Grady Sass, USFFC at grady.sass@navy.mil no later than 24 April 2007. Notification should include company name and name(s) of attendee(s). Firm location for debriefing in Norfolk will be promulgated upon confirmation of attendees.
