Description

Three NSNs are included in this requirement: 9150-00-111-6254,Unit Can contains 1 gallon; 9150-00-111-6255, Unit can contains 5 gallons; 9150-00-111-6256, Unit can contains 1 quart. All items are in accordance with QPL-46170-13. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Haward Warning Labels (HWL) are required. Award is anticipated of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base plus two option years (36 months). This requirement is solicited as Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources, 100% Small Business Set Aside (SBSA). Quantities are being solicited on an FOB Destination basis to defined stock locations as well as FOB Origin with Distribution Planning and Management System (DPMS) being utilized for the FOB Origin basis. All items are consider Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS). Offerors are required to be registered in CCR and ORCA. Details for registration to ORCA are included in Schedule B of the solicitation. Delivery of LI 0001 is 39 days after receipt of order, 30 days for LIs 0002 and 0003. Surge is included for each line item. Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) will apply to all line items. Quantities may be found in schedule B of the solicitation.
