- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being solicited and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. HSCG24-07-Q-3JC628 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The incorporated provisions and clauses are thos ein effect through the Federal Acquisition circular 05-14. Applicable NAICS: 423860 SIze Standard: 100 This procurement is unrestricted. Quotes are due at USCG Integrated Support Command Boston, 427 Commercial St., Boston MA 02109 on or before 1200 Noon on Tuesday 17 April 2007 Faxed Offers are acceptable and should be faxed to: 617-223-3145. One (1) of 1000 lb DOR MOR Anchor 11. Shipping estimate for lines 8, 9, 10: Shipping to: USCG ANT Woods Hole, 1 Little Harbor Road, Woods Hole MA 02543 Delivery requirements: Delivery to locations above week of 27 April 2007. No specifications, drawings, or schematics are available from this agency. No equal or alternate anchors shall accepted. Company's quote(s) should include: 1. The solicitation number; 2. The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers; 3. The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; 4. A technical description of the items being offered in such detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature or other documents if necessary; 5. Terms of any express warranty; 6. Price, availability, and any discount terms; 7. Remit to address if different from mailing address; 8. If the offer is not submitted on a SF1449, include a statement specifying the extant of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish the required representations of information, or reject the terms, and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration; 12.
