Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate sole-source modifications with Raytheon Company, PO Box 11337, Tucson AZ 85734-1337 for FY 2008-09 Tactical Tomahawk (Block IV) Range Safety System (RSS) and Flight Test Kit requirements. Up to 20 RSS and Flight Test Kits will be procured each year, and the first award is planned for 1st quarter FY08. Raytheon is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the Tactical Tomahawk. As such, Raytheon is the only known source that possesses the unique experitise, proprietary data, manufacturing equipment, and facilities required to perform this effort in the required timeframe. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
