- Construction of New Generation Runway Visual Range System, Waterloo Municipal Airport, Waterloo, Iowa. Project generally consists of requirements covering the demolition of the existing RVR system, and the construction of the New Generation RVR system on Runway 12. The work includes but is not limited to the following: Furnish competent surveying resources to properly layout the subject sites and provide horizontal and vertical control. Perform site preparation for the RVR system, including: required grading and earthwork; furnish and install reinforced concrete foundation, Earth Electrode System (EES), conduit and cabling, aggregate surfacing, Install Government Furnished RVR system.
