- The 436th Contracting Squadron at Dover AFB Delaware intends to award a purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for two Bottom Loader Pantographs. This request for quote will have a Brand Name Justification for Other ?Than-Full-and ?Open-Competition. This solicitation will be a request for quote and will be issued as 100 % set aside for SMALL BUSINESS concerns. NAICS for this solicitation is 332919 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the FBO website to: Department of the Air Force (USAF), Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available.
