Description
AMENDMENT 2. QUESTION 1. The deliverable mentioned that the contractor shall translate all documents within two weeks of receipt from CLDP. Is the contractor going to receive all the estimated 450-750 pages at once or throughout the life of the contract? ANSWER: We believe that the documents will arrive throughout the life of the contract but stipulate that the contractor should have the ability to translate up to 400 pages in the 2 week period. QUESTION 2. For factor 1, the contract should provide a brief capability statement not to exceed two pages, does this page count include the resumes of the proposed translators and key personnel? ANSWER: NO, it does not include resumes. QUESTION 3. Should the reference be referred to the company's experience or the pertinent experience of the proposed translators? ANSWER: Both. QUESTION 4. Is there a maximum number of references we should submit? ANSWER: Five. QUESTION 5. Is there an incumbent for the requested services? If yes, we would like to receive a copy of the incumbent's pricing schedule based on the Freedom of Information Act. ANSWER: Please see Amendment 1 Question Number 5. A formal request would need to be filed with the Freedom of Information Act. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System, DPAS, does not apply to this acquisition. Offerors shall submit 1-electronic proposals on CD-ROM, with three 3-original paper copies of its offer to U.S. Department of Commerce, CAS, OS Business Solutions Team, Sol: SA13017RQ0007, 14th & Constitution Ave. N.W., Room 6520, Washington, DC 20230, Attn: Wendy M. Clare. The closing date for receipt of proposals is 12:00 PM local time, April 17, 2007. FAX and EMAIL SUBMISSIONS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
