Description

The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to procure thirty (30) each Antennas AV207-7, P/O AN/ARC-182(V), 186(V) and 201(V), NSN 5985-01-309-4528 with a 100% option on a Firm Fixed-Price basis . Inspection and Acceptance will be at source and the FOB point is destination. The anticipated delivery of all thirty units shall begin 30 days after receipt of order. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this Acquisition will be conducted on a Sole-Source basis. The rights to the technical data required to manufacture and test the Antennas AV207-7 and all its related equipment are not owned by the Government. The technical data for manufacturing and testing are the sole proprietorship of Trivec-Avant Corporation. Huntington Beach, CA. The solicitation, W15P7T-07-R-K006, will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry Interactive Business Opportunities Page (ASFI IBOP) at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil on or about 13 April, 2007.
