Answer: Approximate L = 47 FT, approximate W = 33 FT 2.Question: Entry dimensions? Answer: Approximate 8.5 x 8 3.Question: Auto door size? Answer: Contractor to size and submit for approval. 4.Question: Width of soffits? Answer: Soffit widths will be determined by suspended ceiling tile overall dimensions (given) subtracted from the overall width length. 5. Question: Will lobby entrance be closed during reconstruction? Answer: Contractor will be able to close lobby as needed. Contractor is responsible for coordinating this closure with the COR to reroute pedestrian traffic.
