Description

The Government intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for Base Mast AB-558/GR Assembly, NSN 5985-00-474-6163. Quantity ranges for the Base Mast are: First Year, 1-500, 501- 1500, 1501-3000, 3001-4500 and 4501-6100; Second thru Fifth Year, 1-500, 501-1500, 1501-3000 and 3001-4000. These ranges do not indicate an annual purchase guarantee. The maximum lifetime ceiling for the awarded contract will be 22,100 units. The delive ry schedule is as follows: 100 each within 90 days of contract/delivery order award; 500 each month thereafter until completion. The drawings will be posted to the Business Opportunities Page (IBOP). All parties who are interested in doing business with C-ELCMC are invited to access, operate, send, and recive information from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. The solicitation will be posted to the IBOP on or about 11 May 2007. This will be a Reverse Auction. Award will be made to the lowest price submitted under the Reverse Auction procedure. Offerors wishing to participate in the Reverse Auction shall follow the instructions stated in the solicitation, which will detail the date, time and format under which the Reverse Auction will take plac e. In accordance with the directions provided in the Solicitation, interested parties will be required to submit Representatons and Certifications. Upon receipt of the Representations and Certifications, potential bidders will be issued individual Passwo rds and Logins to access the Reverse Auction. Please note that this procedure will be conducted on the internet with auction bids open to all participants, though the identity of the participants will remain unknown. See Notes 1.
