Description: The objective of the study is to gather the data and do the first stage of analysis to determine the feasibility of providing "Convoy Relief" for US military personnel by reducing the number of military personnel on the roads in and around Iraq by shifting the movement of military logistical supplies of a varying nature and mail from military convoys to a consortium of local Iraqi and other privately owned trucking companies.
