- Description
- The proposed procurement is for the acquisition of an Antenna, NSN 5985-01-420-9698, manufactured in accordance with source controlled drawing(s) in which Microwave Engineering Corporation (06351) and Raytheon Company (37695) are approved sources of supply. This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract that will provide stock replenishment coverage for in support of military depots. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one ore more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (basic plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Contractors are required to have access to classified data. The facility clearance and level of safeguarding required is ?Secret.? All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Numbered note 26 is applicable. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date of May 8, 2007 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/.
