Description

The Veterans Integrated Service Network #20 (VISN20) Logistics Office (653/Bldg. #3/ Rm. A305), located at 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97470-6523 is engaged in a sources sought to find qualified SDVOSB, 8(a), or HubZone for the rebuilding and upgrading of the facilities S1 & S2 Elevator located in Building #1. The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for the Elevator upgrade as indicated in the specifications for project 653-07-170. The NAICS code for this project is 238290 Size Standard 13.0 million dollars with a Firm Fixed Price contract being anticipated after acceptable contractor are identified. Questions regarding this Sources Sought must be in writing to the Contracting Officer, via fax at 541-440-1276 or email: michael.fisher3@va.gov. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Sources Sought will be close April 27, 2007. The estimated project dollar amount is expected to be $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. This is a highly specialized requirement with very little construction services and only responsible, responsive and specialized businesses performing these type of services will be considered for this project. The following technical factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical, Past Performance, Cost/Price.
