- The following project FA4659-07-R-0003 is being advertised as a synopsis for Cavalier Air Force Station Law Enforcement. The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to perform Law Enforcement services for Cavalier AFS, ND as described in the Statement of Work. This acquisition will be done in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items). The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract using Performance Price Trade-off Procedures. The basic period will be from 1 Oct 07 Through 30 Sep 08 with the government?s option to extend four subsequent years. The current applicable NAICS code is 561612. The small business size standard $17 Million. This acquisition will be restricted for HUBZone small business concerns. Solicitation FA4659-07-R-0003 will be issued on or about 7 May 07, and the anticipated response date is 12 Jun 07. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). No paper copies will be issued.
