- The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement to Provide Wall Lockers. The solicitation is W912JV-07-T-0007 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by May 7, 2007, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result i n a Requirements Contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. STATEMENT OF WORK 1.0 Scope of Work 1.1 Provide the required number of athletic lockers for the Oregon Army National Guard. 1.2 Provide project management to include coordinating with the Contracting Officers Representative prior to the issuance of a Delivery Order to ascertain the Athletic Lockers requirements for each delivery. 1.3 Provide delivery and setup within 7 days of the signed order. Remove the displaced lockers to a location in Salem or Portland Oregon, to be determined. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contra ctors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. Point of Contact: Brandy L.
