- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement c onstitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912L7-06-T-0103 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. The Tennessee Army National Guard has the following requirements. This requirement is being advertised as an unrestricted acquisition; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 722320 with a Small Business Size Standard of six and a half million dollars ($6.5 million) per year. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this Agency. Quotes are due in this office no later than Thursday, April 25, 2007, close of business four thirty (4:30) p.m. local central daylight savings time. The award will be made to the vendor whose proposal is most advantageous to the Gov ernment. The following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are as follows: 0001 Thirteen (13) Breakfast meals for five (5) days for a total quantity of sixty five (65) meals for the period of May 1, 2007 to May 5, 2007; Breakfast meals shall consist of at l east three menus offering a selection of one (1) meat, two (2) eggs, biscuits with gravy or pancakes with syrup, one (1) serving of orange or grape juice, one half (1/2) pint of milk and one (1) serving of coffee.; 0002 fifty two (52) Lunch meals for five (5) days for a total quantity of two hundred and sixty (260) meals for the period of April 30, 2007 to May 4, 2007; 0003 Thirteen (13) Dinner meals for five (5) days for a total quantity of sixty five (65) meals for the period of April 30, 2007 to May 4, 2 007. Lunch and dinner meals will consist of at least five (5) different menus offering a selection of one (1) serving of meat, two (2) servings of vegetables, one (1 ) serving of bread, one (1) serving of desert and one (1) serving of tea, coffee or soda a s a beverage. All meals shall be served at 301 Industrial Parkway, Jacksboro, TN 37757. All costs must be included in the quote.
